I love a champagne breakfast brunch and everything floral so the two together worked out perfect for our small, low-fuss engagement party, which we hosted in our back garden. Being a brunch, I focused primarily on breakfast-type foods – a good old fashion skottle fry up with bacon and egg, crumpets and cheese scones, muffins and breads, and granola and yogurt. We also created a little coffee station and we toasted with that and mimosas.

Brunch parties are a whole lot of fun as you can get together during the day, and then afterwards you still have the whole afternoon and evening ahead of you. I was so excited to be engaged and wanted both our families to join our excitement, especially since our families (and Me!) have waited 12 and a half years for this to happen. Having a Champagne breakfast brunch for our engagement party was perfect, it also helped people and family to really get a chance to know each other and mingle pre-festivities.
